Management Platforms  

Supplier Management Platforms are a combination of online tools and programs that are used by Contracting Organizations to monitor their vendors safety programs, yearly TRIF's (total recordable incident frequency) and statistics.  This information is used by the contracting organizations to grade and approve vendors for work.

Working with SMP's can be time consuming and frustrating for business owners. Friesen Business Solutions Inc. has extensive experience working with many different SMP's including but not limited to the following:

  • ISNetworld 

  • Complyworks

  • Avetta (Formally PICS) 

​

Items that must be included in most cases when dealing with SMP's are:

​

  • Vendor company information

  • Completed Safety Programs, HSE Documentation 

  • Individual policies and procedures 

  • WCB confirmation on a yearly basis for all contracting organizations 

  • Insurance confirmation on a yearly basis for all contracting organizations

  • Quarterly company safety stats (incidents, near misses, hrs. worked, ect.)

  • SECOR and CORE audit information 

  • Required employee training and orientations per contracting organization

Friesen Business Solutions Inc. will work closely with your business to complete all requirements needed on a regular scheduled basis for the supplier management platforms after the completion of the initial set up of your business. In the event that your business has already completed the initial set up with the SMP's, Friesen Business Solutions Inc. will aid in the scheduled maintenance, monitoring and additions needed for all platforms.
